Overview

Our Intelligent Platform Solutions team is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Americas Region. This position will report to the VP, HR Business Partner. Ideally, this will be a hybrid role located in the Maynard, MA area, though consideration will be given to great candidates located elsewhere.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by developing solid relationships at all levels.

  • Provides advice and counsel on a broad range of HR issues and challenges faced by multiple levels of managers and executives.

  • Enhances the abilities of leaders with regards to talent and organizational effectiveness, change management, promoting proactive and strategic thought processes

  • Analyzes trends and metrics to recommend solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Works closely with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, reinforce high performance culture, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Supports DEI and culture development activities in conjunction with company values and objectives

  • In partnership with the Centers of Excellence, drives the successful roll out of various HR programs related to compensation, rewards and recognition, employee development and career progression, performance management, and workforce optimization.

  • Manages conflict resolution and advises on employee relations issues and on the application of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices and employment law, standards and government regulations.

  • Guides, directs and supports leaders in performance management and corrective action.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent education and experience

  • 8+ years of experience working in the human resources field.

  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Strong critical thinker, comfortable using facts and data to build people-centric business cases. 

  • Experience directly supporting and influencing leaders to make better people decisions that increase productivity and achieve business results.

  • Continuous improvement mindset. High level of collaboration and customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Experience leading and participating on project teams.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Massachusetts is $105,000 - $138,000; the pay ultimately offered within the expected range may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
