Overview

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with ODMs and Cloud Service Providers to drive business growth and expand the company's reach in the market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential ODM and Cloud Service Provider partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and expand existing relationships with ODM and Cloud Service Provider partners to increase account penetration and revenue.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business plans, go-to-market strategies, and joint initiatives with partners to promote product/service offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and licensing agreements with partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product management, engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with partner offerings.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, including sales metrics, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote offerings and establish new connections.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or product management roles, preferably in the memory, storage or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductors, virtualization, cloud computing, edge computing, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

 

Location

 

This role is ideally located in the Bay Area of California. Remote will be considered, though West Coast is preferred.

 

 

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $120,000 - $150,000; the pay ultimately offered within the expected range may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
